New Paint Sells a House

This house was on the market for almost a year with no offers. The owners had seen us in their neighborhood a lot over the years and they decided to have us paint their house. We replaced about 20% of the siding and trim before we painted and it turned out great. The new colors i suggested turned out great and the owners can't wait to get the house back on the market.
